1 carrot in stripes
1 Cucumber in strips
1 Red bell pepper in strips
some bread or baguette
- Curry Hummus
1 Glas chickpeas
2 garlic gloves
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin seeds
some lemon juice
Salt & Pepper
- Cashew-Tahini Dipp
2 Tbsp Tahini
3 Tbsp Cashews
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Sojasauce
100 ml water
Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Cut all the vegetables into strips.
- Mix the ingredients for the hummus and season it with turmeric, cumin and some lemon juice. Depending on how you want the consistency of the hummus add water, then it becomes creamier.
- Just as for the hummus, simply mix the ingredients for the tahini dip, along with the cashews. Season the dip with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Enjoy both dips with the vegetable sticks and baguette.
