Green Power Quinoa

Green Power Quinoa

Green Power Quinoa aka. green spinach – sesame – quinoa with crunchy cashew – cabbage topping. 💚 This dish is once again created totally haphazardly, the taste has me at the end but really blown away. 💚 I simply sautĂ©ed the cabbage with coconut oil, salt and a dash of soy sauce, along with the cashews and some sesame seeds. It just tastes so crunchy to everyone! 💚 The quinoa is mixed with a spinach tahini coconut garlic ginger pesto that tastes a bit unusual and just super delicious. 💚
