These delicious raw vegan energy balls are super easy to make with just a few ingredients. They are great as a power snack for in between or as a dessert. The salty note together with the sweet coconut flavor make the balls really yummmmmy !
Salty peanut coconut balls

Ingredients
1 cup peanuts
3 tbsp agave syrup
100 Ml water
3 tbsp grated coconut
3 tbsp puffed rice
Coconut flakes for rolling the balls

Directions
- Roast the peanuts with a little salt in a pan.
- Afterwards, let the nuts cool down a bit and then finely blend them together with the water and agave syrup.
- Fold in the shredded coconut and puffed rice. Add again a bit of salt.
- Shape into balls with your hands and roll in the shredded coconut.
