Since I’ve been traveling in the van, I simply make my own granola in the pan. So I can easily try out different flavors and always have fresh, sugar-free and homemade granola ready. It goes perfectly with a smoothie bowl or just fresh fruit.

Ingredients
- Smoothie Bowl
2 Bananas
200g Alpro Skyr Style
5 cm ginger
2 tbsp turmeric
1 pinch of pepper
1/2 papaya, optional: mango or melon
Juice of one lemon
- Granola
1 cup whole grain oatmeal
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp dried bananas
1 tsp cinnamon
3 EL Goji Berries
- Toppings
fresh mint
berries
Hemp Seeds & Pecans
Directions
- To start, chop the ginger and blend it with the other ingredients to make a smoothie.
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan and toast the oat flakes together with the dried bananas for about 10 minutes. Add the goji berries and the cinnamon and let the pan granola cool down. Of course, you can pimp your granola with the ingredients of your choice. Dried fruit, nuts and seeds go great here.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and serve along with the granola and toppings of your choice
