Granola

Homemade granola is so easy and you can see exactly what ingredients go into your breakfast cereal. Plus, you don’t even need an oven. You can easily make this recipe in the pan. Just try the nuts and seeds to see what tastes best & does you good.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole grain oats

  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 handful walnuts

  • 1 handful almonds

  • 3 tbsp palm syrup, agave syrup

Directions

  • Put the oats and the chia seeds in a pan, add coconut oil.
  • Finely chop the nuts and add to the pan with the sunflower seeds. Roast everything for 10-15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon over the mixture and caramelize the ingredients with the syrup. Turn and let cool completely in the pan, that it becomes crispy and sticks together.
  • Pair with fruit, your smoothie bowl or or just enjoy as is.
