Ingredients
250 g vegan Gnocchi
200 g Champignons
1 onion
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 vegetable cream
200 g fresh leaf spinach
Some olive oil for frying
2 pinches nutmeg
1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt & Pepper
Yeast flakes & chili flakes
Directions
- Toast the gnocchi in a pan in olive oil until golden brown and add a little salt. Then put them aside on a plate.
- Halve the mushrooms and cut into slices. Chop the onion into small pieces. Sauté the mushrooms together with the chopped onion in olive oil for 10 minutes.
- Deglaze the mushrooms with the soy sauce and season with pepper. Pour over the vegetable cream and season everything with turmeric and nutmeg.
- Add the gnocchi and spinach and let them soak in the sauce for 5 minutes. If the consistency becomes too firm, add a little water. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with yeast flakes if desired.
