Ingredients
- Almond Base
300 g ground almonds
3 Tbsp melted coconut oil
3 Tbsp Agave Syrup
- Creme
300 g Almond based cream cheese
3 Tbsp melted coconut oil
3 Tsp Agave Syrup
3 Tsp Almond Milk
- Fig Topping
1 handful chopped almonds
8 figs
Directions
- Mix the ground almonds, coconut oil and agave syrup to a dough. Pour onto the bottom of a lunchbox & press down with your hands.
- Then mix the cream cheese with the coconut fat, agave syrup and almond milk to a cream. Pour onto the almond base and spread evenly.
- Slice the figs and chop a handful of almonds. Put both on top of the cream.
- Place the no-bake tart in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then cut into pieces and enjoy.
