This no-bake fig and almond tart uses only 6 ingredients. It is prepared in no time and tastes just so delicious. Perfect for coffee and cake or as a dessert.

Ingredients

  • Almond Base
  • 300 g ground almonds

  • 3 Tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 3 Tbsp Agave Syrup

  • Creme
  • 300 g Almond based cream cheese

  • 3 Tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 3 Tsp Agave Syrup

  • 3 Tsp Almond Milk

  • Fig Topping
  • 1 handful chopped almonds

  • 8 figs

Directions

  • Mix the ground almonds, coconut oil and agave syrup to a dough. Pour onto the bottom of a lunchbox & press down with your hands.
  • Then mix the cream cheese with the coconut fat, agave syrup and almond milk to a cream. Pour onto the almond base and spread evenly.
  • Slice the figs and chop a handful of almonds. Put both on top of the cream.
  • Place the no-bake tart in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then cut into pieces and enjoy.
